Each team will be assigned 2 week periods during the outdoor season (all months except December, January and February) on a rotating basis to ensure coverage and avoid overburdening of any one team. During their scheduled time period teams may be requested to assist with the maintenance but this is not expected to amount to more than a few hours per week.
If during the course of a season any one team is required to volunteer, due to weather or scheduling issues etc. , an inordinate amount of time another team that has not participated may be asked to take their slot. The request will be made by the Travel Coordinator and vetted by the Travel Team Committee.
