2023 Fall Intramural

Important Dates:

 

  • July 1st 2023 -- Registration opens
  • August 11th 2023 - Registration closes -- no registrations will be accepted after this date! 
  • Coaches will have their teams rosters by August 15th and will communicate with the players and their families. 
  • August 21st -- Coaches will start hosting practices
  • Saturday, September 16th -- Opening Game Day
  • by Saturday November 11th -- Last game 

 

Practices

  1. Will be held during the week at the coach's discretion prior to games starting. 
  2. Coaches decide the practice schedule and how often practices will be held
  3. Please reach out to your coach directly for any concerns with your practice schedule. 

 

Requests:

Our goal is to create reasonable teams so that each team can have a positive experience. Given the number of players and variables that go into team formation, we will NOT honor requests to play with friends or to be assigned to a specific coach. The son/daughter of a coach will automatically be placed on his/her parent’s team. Siblings in the same age group will be placed on the same team. We do our best and appreciate your patience and understanding. 


Team Assignments:

Coaches will receive their rosters.  Parents will be notified of their team placement by their player's coach. 

Divisions

  • All divisions will be based on the players year of birth
  • Divisions were created based upon number of registrations received & number of volunteer coaches.

Volunteers Needed!

VOLUNTEERS

To make the Valley Soccer Intramural program a success, parent volunteers are needed.  Please volunteer your time by helping to coach or be team parent, we will also be needing parents to volunteer to help with field lining.  It’s only with the help of the parents of this club that we are able to continue a successful, fun program for the kids. Thank you!! Please indicate your willingness to coach on the volunteer section of the registration form.

  • Head Coach Refund: $20 refund for HEAD COACHES (if selected)
  • Assistant Coaches
  • Referee
  • Team Parent
